Return Merchandise Authorization Request

Products purchased through FuneralScreen may be returned to Greene Valley Media Co. by following these steps:

  1. Contact FuneralScreen at 800-270-1237 to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Completely fill out this online form and place the form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
  3. Clearly mark the outside of the box with the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item(s) to:

In order to assist with our quality process, FuneralScreen requires that a defective product is returned within 21 calendar days of a customer's receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include all accessories in the return (remote control, power supply, antenna, HDMI cable, etc). You will be billed for any missing parts.

In the specific case of Advance Replacement orders, FuneralScreen reserves the right to invoice advance replaced product(s). This right will be exercised when defective product(s) is not returned to FuneralScreen within 21 calendar days of receipt of a RMA. 

Providing the following information will help our RMA team deal with your request more efficiently:

- Detailed description of the problem with the device. Please use to use the Additional Comments section if needed.

- Include all accessories in the return (remote control, power supply, antenna, HDMI cable, etc).
